its been a looong time since i blogged.

today's post is for some special ppl in my life. =)

Anqi -
yep its funny how we've know each other for so many yrs, its only tis yr tt we really knew each other and sincerely celebrated each other's bdae. of cuz better late then never rite? =) im really fortunate and grateful to hav such a great fren lke u, always there, kind and understanding, blur and bimbotic, you bring colours to my life, i.e. pink. ( yea, u make me a bimbo too. lol) i hope our frenship wil last even after we grad, hopefully by then we only hav to fight w fabian for ur precious time, and competitors like econs tuition, chem tuition, math tuition will all fly out of the window. hahaha. or by then wil sticky stil b in the picture? lol.

our frenship has seen many ups and downs, laughter and anger, smiles and displeasure. but we often kp quiet abt our unhappiness at each other and i guess thats also what made the frenship work. we may not be the type who always go mug tgtr, who often have meals tgtr, and sometimes we become preoccupied with other friends, but i do treasure this friendship because of the joy it does bring. u hav been there for me, and i am grateful. and i will b there for u too. =)

ahh. what can i say? surprise of all surprises. if ppl told me at the start of 2006 that i would become best friends with mj by 2007, i would have said it was impossible. but yet it is true, u have become one of my closest friends and i m definitely grateful for this newfound friendship. mugging mate, dinner mate, teammate and ntu hostel mate all in one package, and its all thanks to the same pe slot. its been great knowing you, seeing you laugh non-stop abt 5566's Sun Xie Zhi and Wang Ren Fu's laughable 6pac and end up choking on your own water and spitting it on the floor at Sengkang Community Club on 08/09/07. haaa. i really do hope our friendship lasts. =)

now dont be jealous, i did this all by alphabetical order, not because i like u least tts y ur last. haa. my very 1st best friend in vjc, its funny how we managed to click so quickly and becoming such great friends. yea i know we kinda drifted, esp now when you LOVVVE drinking HL milk, but ah, cant be helped. im stil here for you, and no matter the distance or how long the silence, we're stil BFF. =) u didnt just bring color to my life, but you brought along one huge letter B : Bimbotism. now im ending up just like you and anqi, sighh.

BIG THANK YOU to the 4 of you, for taking time out to surprise me at my hse for my bdae even thou your are facing the death sentence tml. lol. very touched and i really appreciate it. im very grateful for having such great teammates and friends. all the best for prelims babes. =)

thanks so much for spending so much money for my bdae, and getting me my fav mp3 althou i asked for it. hahaha. i know theres hardly any chance of your readin this but i jus wana say thank you. =)

seasons ended on mon. 3rd-4th placing. we got 4th. i felt that i gave my best n i played well for the semi-sand 3rd 4th, so the only regret that i have from this season is that i wud nv know if i wud have been a gd main spiker. but no matter wad we got, i m stil v glad to have been part of this team. its e best team i cud ever have, n i have really enjoyed the times we spent tgtr, esp the 3 entire team dinner outings. im glad for the friendships that were forged thru the sport; even thou some of the best friendships forged late, lke only at the start of this yr, i'm thankful that at least we came tgtr. if only we cud have anr chance to fight into the finals agn nex yr w this same team, im sure we can achieve our dreams.
thanks girls, for giving me the memories and the friendships. i love vjc vball a girls 2007! =D

watched Protege after x-country today.

it was SUPERB.

lke seriously. its a movie u dont wana miss.

its not jus e plot, its the suspense n the truthfully displayed facts of life.

it may even seem like a thriller smtms, but it has its moments of humour too. the scene wen the jerk cop's hand was hammered broken? awesome. dont get me wrong, im not sadistic. but if u watched it, u'l urdstd y i feel the jerk deserves it.

of cuz, if u tink tat its gona b hunk overload; from andy lau, DANIEL WU, and louis koo, ur wrong. yea they all looked dashin n cool on e huge posters, but in e movie, andy lau was oldddd, louis koo was scum. serious, not jus his character, but he looked tat too. daniel wu was as usual, hot. i was real worried abt wh path he'l take, whether he'l survive or not. im not revealing ath, u gota watch n find out for urself. but its definitely worth watching. =)

n who knows, if u catch Protege at PS, u may even chance upon a nutcase who ogles at, then comments on ur thighs. he loves da tui-s. "hen mei!"

hahaha. i jus watched the 7pm show on cha u today.shao nian shao nu i tink. wu zun is drop dead gorgeous. tall, shuai, FIT. nice bod man. hahaha.

as the sayin goes, ai wu ji wu.

therefore, i love farenheit too. hahaha. but of cuz, their dancin sure lose too KONE. actu i'l rather they dun dance at all. jus pales in comparison. hehh. dun get me wrong. im not abandoning KONE.

they're stil my fav chi band. i stil love KIDO too! but wu zun is jus too hot to resist. hahaha.

hi everyone im back. it has been tat long huh, my entry. lol.
much has happened. things in class have chged, in vball have chged, at work have chged, and at home have chged.

JJ has left for Australia alr, just 2 days ago. i didnt go send him off. i wanted to, but my trnn was at KA, n there were stil e vday prex to b done. v bad, i noe, but cant be helped. but im glad for the memories he left us with, esp all e great times we had from pw. G.A.P was fantastic and will never be forgotten, along with his weak, wobbly knees.

have i mentioned that im now the libero? i tink i did. and coach has praised me twice abt me playin well, n im a 'not bad' libero. i was so emo wen he said tat to me after the frenly w anderson sec last wk. he's not e type who praises u in front of u, but tat day he did, althou he was hitting me on e head w a bottle while sayin it, it stil meant alot. i stil dun tink im a gd libero, but i noe my teammates believe in me, and i want to be the best libero i can be. i want to be in the finals this yr, i want to win.
also, im so glad that the yr2s are quite bonded now. this yr, cuz of gym, ive grown much closer w mingjie, albeit misurdstdings in e past. im great w anqi now too, and im really v glad for this. now, we can mug tgtr, shop tgtr, majong tgtr, gym tgtr, train tgtr, cry tgtr, laugh tgtr. i love u girls. =) n not forgetting our juniors, they're a great bunch, funny and nice, i dun feel the dist lke i used to towards e yr3s. n im glad sheila is stayin. this team has alr been training tgtr all this while, it wud nv b e same agn if someone left now.

at work.
so many servers have left. the schedule is pathertic now. the only names u c r : Jacqueline, Sharon, Weiping, Huiyu, Nabilah, Vicky. yeai tink tats abt all. Sha quit, i tink cuz he was unhappy w his workload. i tink its not worth it to quit ur job instead of talking things thru w ur manager. i believe in talking thru problems, not gg ard them. Kenneth also left, he's flying back to Aust tml i tink, i'l miss him. the cute 23 yr old guy who once had his burger floating in water on the plate. ha. rmbr tat day kenneth? i feel sad for u after readin ur blog, but i believe as time pass, u'l get over it. den wen ur back finally, u'l meet ur Miss Right. =)

my grandma passed away on 8th Jan 2007. yes, its been some time alr, but i stil feel e pain and the emptiness inside. smtms it stil seems unreal, tat wen i go to my uncle's hse at boon keng, i wont c my grandma sitting at her usual chair, or lying on her bed anymore. i can laugh and joke w frenz, but wen im alone sitting on e bus, tinking, i wana cry. i really wan to. i stil miss her so much. i survive only by not tinking abit it. if i dwell upon it each time i tink of my grandma, i'l b cryin everyday. smtms i feel afraid. of losin my mum. i've been thru the pain of losin my grandma, i cant believe wad it'l b lke wen my mum leaves me too. i noe its too early to b tinkin abt such stuff but i cant help it.

vball 1st.
im no longer a spiker. coach swopped me over to play libero. the position that only receives balls. cant say i hate tis chg, cuz it gives me a chance to play still, but i gota say i miss spiking, miss dropping balls and earning pts. n i noe im mean 4 sayin tis, but i hope serina doesnt come. if not, im gona be a reserve. n tat wud suck. big time.
i tink our team tis yr is strong, really hope we'l get into finals tis yr.
n to hell w e boys. i tink they're lousy. stupid cap of theirs owaes taking advantage of us.

how i spent my xmas n new yr eves?
working. yes. tat sad. ha. actu oso cuz my manager nds stuff la, see him so cham n being such a gd manager oso, i dont mind working for him. i lke working at Mad Jack's Cafe, Jalan Kayu, anw. much beta den at Duke's Rd. i feel so at home here. =) found some real nice n funny frenz who can work. not some guys who r fun to b w, jokin n laughin, but u wana knock ur head agst e wall wen u work w them.

i bought a new hp. =D sony ericsson Z610I. the blue one. my sis got e pink one but she freaking dropped it into the toilet bowl within 2 wks. gone w e wind.
